This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Robofy AI Chatbot services ("Services") provided by Sprouto InfoSolutions Private Limited. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that all users have fair and equitable access to the Services, as well as to maintain the integrity, performance, and reliability of our systems.
2. Usage Limits
We employ the term “Unlimited” in our pricing plans to signify that we do not impose any arbitrary restrictions on the use of the service. However, to maintain the integrity, performance, and reliability of our system, and to ensure that all users have equitable access to the application, certain rate-limiting measures are necessary. Therefore, the provision of unlimited chat replies is subject to the following fair usage constraints, as delineated in this Policy:
a. Messages per Minute & Day: Each account is permitted to send no more than 30 messages per minute and no more than 5000 messages per day. Such limitations are generally adequate for the majority of our customers' needs. Should you find these restrictions insufficient for your specific requirements, you are encouraged to contact us directly at hi@robofy.ai, detailing the specific use-case necessitating increased throughput. We shall, at our sole discretion, evaluate your request and may choose to adjust the quota accordingly, subject to such terms and conditions as we may deem appropriate.
Any use exceeding these limits may be rate-limited and will need a use-case approval for us to increase the quota.
3. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Automated or non-human interactions that exceed the stated usage limits.
- Actions that interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance or functionality of the Services.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing the Services without our express written consent.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we detect usage that we believe violates this Policy, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Temporarily suspending or limiting access to the Services.
- Terminating the user's account.
- Issuing a warning.
5. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on our website or through other appropriate means of communication.
